David Wolters and Laurel Sprague are Split River Designs. Together they bring creative designs that add a distinctive touch to every home. David is the designer and builder of everything you see here. From start to finish, his hands produce the work. He has worked with wood for the past twelve years and strives to bring new design and style to traditional items. By combining dovetail joinery, lamination, and wood-bending techniques, David's designs stand apart from the mainstream. David also incorporates magnets into several designs creating stylish and sanitary knife storage fit for any kitchen. 

     Laurel is also an artist. She works with and combines alternative photographic processes, clay, fiber, and wood. Split River Designs will soon include her work.
